Job Title: Senior Creative Project Manager, Creative Services
A little bit about our team:
WMX Creative Services is a global full-service merchandise art department that offers creative direction and support for WMG licensed artists and labels. We strive to enhance all areas of the business by providing concepts and expertise in design, visualization, and content to continuously match the evolution of the merchandise industry, and our artists.
Your role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Creative Project Manager to join our creative team. The Senior Creative Project Manager will work directly with the SVP Creative Director and team to organize and allocate creative needs across all merchandise channels.
This is an operational and organizational role focused on and responsible for overseeing the delivery of all creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, managing Merchandising art, design cost and workflow for WMG Artists & Labels across all distribution channels.
Here you’ll get to:
- Manage Pre-Production Co-Ordinator
- Report to SVP Creative daily on new project allocations, project priorities & current project updates
- Manage creative team’s workflow, project time management, ensuring all briefs are fulfilled, delivered on time to
highest standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Creative Team to understand project requirements, objectives, and
timelines
- Collect and maintain asset databases in collaboration with the team
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and freelancers to execute creative projects effectively
- Allocation of projects to Internal/Freelance designers
- Process Vendor setups and Invoices including all follow-up with Accounts Payable
- Track internal design team art costs
About you:
- You have 15+ years of experience with a background in project management, arts management, and
production
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire creative teams.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- You are detail focused, excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize
workload
- You are comfortable working in an evolving, fast paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects
- You understand the importance of systems, timelines and Creative processes
- Build and maintain key relationships with all key stakeholders
- You are passionate about understanding how creative comes to life, asset types and necessary specs
- You are a independent thinker, high personal standards, team player that is creatively curious
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
We’d love it if you also had:
- Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign]
- Passion for music and have experience working with talent
- Interest in technology and cultural moments
- Bachelor's degree in related field, from an accredited college or university preferred

This position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.
Salary Range
$72,000 to $82,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
