Following SEGA's acquisition, our mobile portfolio has significantly expanded, and one of our most anticipated projects is Sonic Rumble, a co-publishing endeavour between SEGA and Rovio. We are now looking for a Senior Creator Manager to join our internal publishing team here in Espoo to support work on SEGA titles.

In this role, you will help us bring creators, players and game teams closer together, take ownership of Sonic Rumble Creator Program, and engage to support our games’ growth while delivering joyful experiences to our players through social media content, platform moderation, and engagement.

We are working in a hybrid mode, 2-3 days a week in the Espoo office in Helsinki, and we will support relocation to Finland if you are not already here.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

• Managing a Creator Program: Developing, executing, and optimizing our recently launched creator program for Sonic Rumble. This includes identifying and vetting a diverse range of creators; developing strong, long-term relationships; fostering a creator community around the game; as well as suggesting and running affiliate marketing initiatives to drive player engagement, revenue, and installs.
• Driving Viral Content: elevating the work of the creator community, hosting livestreams and making content around the creator program.
• Analyzing & Optimizing: Monitoring social media and creator program performance, diving into analytics, and using data-driven insights to refine content and strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
• Collaborating for Success: Working closely with creators, Rovio marketing and Community teams, SEGA product teams and vendors to execute effective creative operations.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in setting and managing creator programs in the Gaming Industry with a proven track record of building engaged creator communities.
• Good understanding of social media, staying up to date with the latest trends, especially those relevant to Gen Z audiences and Party Royale games (a plus!).
• Background in developing and executing successful social media strategies and creator campaigns.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, particularly for building strong partnerships with external creators, as well as engaging with the player community.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, constantly seeking innovative ways to boost engagement and iterating based on performance.
• Eager to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

It would be nice if you also have the following:

• Familiarity with social media analytics, social listening and influencer marketing platforms and an experience of building a network of relevant influencers in the gaming space.
• Experience in supporting the launch and live operations on a game.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera and running live streams.
