Twin Harbour Interactive is building a gaming legacy in grand strategy, home to the Supremacy franchise. As Senior CRM Manager, you will own the cross-promotion, retention, and reactivation strategy across playsupremacy.com, DTC channels, and partner integrations. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will design and drive the CRM engine to incrementally increase ARPU, LTV, and CRM-led revenue. This greenfield opportunity involves laying the foundation of the CRM stack and operations, with potential to build and scale a full CRM team around your vision.
Must have:
  • Own CRM revenue impact across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-game messages.
  • Drive retention, reactivation, and monetization through CRM-led campaigns.
  • Scale DTC performance through CRM touchpoints.
  • Design, implement, and optimize a state-of-the-market CRM tooling stack.
  • Test and ship campaigns across segments, lifecycles, and product touchpoints.
  • Lead player segmentation and lifecycle automation strategies.
  • Onboard new partners and vendors into the CRM ecosystem.
  • Embed with Product, Tech, Live Ops, and Analytics for alignment.
  • Drive CRM synergies through alignment with Stillfront Group.
  • At least five years of practical experience with CRM in a freemium environment.
  • Shape strategy and execute it with excellence.
  • Proactive approach: ship, test, and iterate.
  • Hands-on with segmentation, copy review, and campaign QA.
  • Impact-driven mindset.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Open and confident communicator with cross-functional teams.

As Senior CRM Manager, you will own the cross-promotion, retention, and reactivation strategy for our ecosystem, spanning playsupremacy.com , our DTC channels, and partner integrations reporting to the Head of Product Marketing. You will design the engine - and drive it - to increase ARPU, LTV, and CRM-led revenue incrementally. This is a greenfield opportunity with a potential mandate to build up a team. You’ll lay the foundation of our CRM stack and operations, with the potential to scale a full CRM team around your vision.**

YOUR MISSION**

  • Own CRM revenue impact across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-game messages - from roadmap to execution.
  • Drive retention, reactivation, and monetization through CRM-led campaigns in our portfolio of strategy games.
  • Scale DTC performance through CRM touchpoints integrated into our proprietary platforms like playsupremacy.com .
  • Design, implement, and optimize a state-of-the-market CRM tooling stack that supports 360° orchestration.
  • Test and ship campaigns across segments, lifecycles, and product touchpoints - benchmarked against incremental LTV and ROI.
  • Lead player segmentation and lifecycle automation strategies.
  • Onboard new partners and vendors into our CRM ecosystem.
  • Embed with Product, Tech, Live Ops, and Analytics to align CRM with product timelines and monetization levers.
  • Drive CRM synergies through alignment with Stillfront Group.

YOUR BACKSTORY

  • You have at least five years of practical experience with CRM in a freemium environment and consider yourself a business savvy individual.
  • You shape strategy and execute it with excellence.
  • You don’t need permission to start - you ship, test, and iterate.
  • You’re hands-on: segmentation, copy review, campaign QA - all part of your daily rhythm.
  • You ask, “What’s the impact?” before building anything.
  • Your project management skills to coordinate and prioritize new and upcoming CRM projects are nothing to sneeze at.
  • You are an open and confident communicator who knows how to interface with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • You measure yourself regularly along the lines of
  • Retention rate improvements.
  • Measurable incremental revenue delivered through CRM.
  • Share of cross-promoted users and revenues between games.
  • DTC share increases.
  • Tooling and efficiency level ups.
