Senior Data Analyst

Luxoft DXC Technology Company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a client in the Insurance Segment. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing and optimizing SQL queries, designing Power BI dashboards, and collaborating in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include translating complex data into actionable insights and ensuring data accuracy.

Must Have

• Skilled in creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models to provide clear business insights using Power BI.
• Strong experience writing complex queries and managing databases using SQL and tools like DBVisualizer.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business needs and collaborate effectively across teams.

##### Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and database solutions using DBVisualizer.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Use Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business users.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting and analysis.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline data processes.

Must have
