Job Description
Senior Data Analyst at Ness Romania SRL will collaborate with the Director, Data Insights to manage a growing portfolio of interactive dashboards across multiple product teams. Responsibilities include creating new datasets and sophisticated dashboards, understanding data and business processes within music publishing royalty and copyright systems, and advocating for best development practices. The role requires expertise in SQL, the ability to analyze existing reports and understand database relationships, and familiarity with branched development (dev, QA, prod).
Good To Have:
- Experience with Quicksight or similar BI tools
- Experience connecting to Amazon Redshift, MySQL
- CI/CD experience

What you’ll do
- Working with the Director, Data Insights on a growing portfolio of interactive dashboards across many product teams
- Create new datasets and sophisticated dashboards
- Understand the data and business processes across royalty and copyright systems for music publishing
- Advocate best practises for development across our teams
What you’ll bring
Must Have
- Expert in SQL
- Ability to analyse the construction of existing reports and reverse engineer table relationships etc
- Understanding of branched development – dev, qa, prod etc
- Passionate about data and it’s potential
Desired:
- Experience of Quicksight but a similar product could bring transferable skills.
- Experience of connecting to additional sources such as Amazon Redshift, MySql
- CI/CD experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Candidates without Computer Science or Information Technology degree should have significant work experience.
