We are looking for a Senior Development Director to lead QV Delivery for our upcoming Skate Product.
- You will report to the Head of QV Delivery for our Lifestyle portfolio as part of a dynamic team of Leaders driving an important product for EA.
- You will manage a diverse team focused on ensuring the quality of Skate exceeds players expectations. Our team are integrated partners in the Full Circle studio and Skate product development ensuring we meet the highest standards of Quality for the game and charting . We are looking for an experienced change leader who is passionate about driving and pushing the boundaries on game quality to join the Skate QV Team.
- You will work closely with QV Leaders across multiple locations and disciplines to help improve the player experience, deliver to our players and focus on operationalizing our multi year strategy.

Responsibilities
- The strategic delivery of a AAA Live Service ensuring timely delivery and quality standards being met by all teams.
- Manage the evolution, support and growth of a robust team of QV Leaders
- Proactively identifying, reporting, mitigating and solving project risks to ensure smooth project progression and the minimization of unforeseen challenges.
- QV evolution focused on defect prevention/containment, test automation and effective collaboration as well as innovative solutions and initiatives
- Planning, communication and reporting mechanisms in context of high value actionable outcomes
- Lead execution of goals across multiple disciplines with focus on value for Skate, EA, and our players.
- Be a champion and advocate for a leadership mindset across the QV Organization
Qualifications
- Owned and delivered game projects of large-scale and complexity.
- 10+ years of project management experience in a game development setting
- Experience leading project execution and communicating with senior leadership
- Experience navigating and coordinating across a variety of teams and organizations both locally and remote
- Experience operating autonomously and escalating when needed
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills to clearly report product and project status
- Experience using metrics to identify and measure improvements
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and other project management tools
- Mobile and Live Service experience desirable
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $160,200 - $229,100 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
