Senior Director, Global Total Rewards
Silicon Labs is looking for an innovative, hands-on leader to own and evolve our global
compensation, benefits and people operations strategy across 3 regions and 17
locations. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for
driving scalable, forward-thinking people initiatives that align with business strategy,
organizational goals, and company values. This is a unique opportunity for someone

Responsibilities:
• Set the strategic direction for global total rewards, HR operations, and
governance to align with business priorities and a values-based culture.
• Partner closely with executives and senior leaders to design best-in-class,
competitive programs that address today’s complex talent market and anticipate
what’s next.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing, globally distributed team—driving
priorities, budgets, and roadmaps with clarity and purpose.
• Design and deliver compensation and benefits programs that attract and
retain top talent, reflect our values, and meet the needs of a diverse, global
workforce.
• Build and scale a next-generation HR operations platform, including global
shared services and technology infrastructure that drive efficiency, data integrity,
and a seamless employee experience.
• Leverage new technologies, including automation and generative AI, to
improve productivity, optimize processes, and unlock business insights for better
decision making.
• Own executive compensation and board reporting, preparing materials for
the board and driving governance for equity programs, proxy statements, and
retirement and benefits subcommittees.
• Monitor emerging market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring
compliance while keeping our practices best-in-class and future-ready.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver cohesive,
scalable solutions across the employee lifecycle.
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior
leadership role across global total rewards and/or people operations.
• A strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ideally in
complex, high-growth, and global environments.
• Sound judgment and skilled decision-making in a matrixed environment,
acknowledging stakeholder views and communicating direction with clarity,
empathy and accountability
• Deep expertise in executive compensation, sales compensation & incentive
programs, equity strategy, benefits administration, operational governance, and
compliance.
• Demonstrated success preparing, delivering, and operationalizing proposals to
Boards and executive teams.
• Strong command of HR systems and analytics (Workday preferred), and a
passion for using data to drive better decisions and experiences.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver results through both
mentorship and personal contribution.
• An expert collaborator who consistently invests in their relationships, embeds
deeply in the business, and has a one-team mindset

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $184,450 - $342,550 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
