Department Overview
Innovate and develop intelligent smart battery, charger, and power supply solutions for highly sophisticated two-way communication and security video systems used in professional and mission-critical environments across commercial, government, and industrial markets.
Job Description
- Investigates, proposes, develops, optimizes and evaluates processes and equipment.
- Performs experiments, analyzes data and/or failures, and determine root causes for failures.
- Monitors assigned operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved methods
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex battery and power supply systems for mission-critical applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Own the technical aspects of product development from concept through mass production, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Develop innovative solutions for battery charging, power management, and related systems, leveraging your deep understanding of electrical design principles and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct thorough electrical tolerance analysis and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to ensure product robustness and reliability.
- Lead the development of test plans, procedures, and fixtures to ensure compliance with functional specifications and industry standards.
- Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and develop solutions to address design challenges.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless transition of designs to production.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations to improve product performance and enhance our competitive edge.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in designing and developing battery systems, power supplies, or related electronic circuits.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles, including schematic design, circuit analysis, and power electronics.
- Experience with battery management systems (BMS) and lithium-ion battery technologies is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., SPICE, PSpice, Altium Designer) and test equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Passion for innovation and a drive to deliver high-quality, reliable products.
