Dynamis is seeking a Senior-Level Emergency Management Specialist to support the design, development, execution, and evaluation of discussion- and operations-based exercises for a DHS agency. The specialist will coordinate and maintain relationships between contractor staff, government clients, and stakeholders, applying knowledge of emergency management preparedness programs, principles, and relevant documents. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality deliverables and products, leading exercise planning initiatives, and representing Dynamis in client meetings to resolve complex issues and coordinate work. The role requires building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels and involves travel up to 25% of the time. Familiarity with FEMA's National Incident Management System (NIMS), Incident Command System (ICS), and other federal policies is essential.
Good To Have:- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience developing emergency management policies.
- Experience with critical infrastructure owners/operators.

Must Have:- Bachelor's degree.
- 12 years of experience in emergency management/exercises.
- Familiarity with all-hazards emergency management.
- Experience leading HSEEP-compliant exercises.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in research, analysis, and creative thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to complete detail-oriented deliverables.
- Ability to lead exercise planning and oversee junior staff.
- Ability to exercise initiative and tact.
