As a Senior Environment Artist, you will be responsible for taking charge of the environment of a game level. This includes creating models, kits, and textures for architectural environments, and composing architecture-heavy game scenes. You will also participate in research, ensure consistency with the art direction, and collaborate with design to support gameplay. Additionally, you will mentor junior and mid-level artists, manage memory budgets, and present your work to the team. The role requires a strong understanding of art direction, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively. The candidate will also be responsible for delegating and sharing tasks with other artists of the same level, and to be able to accompany people with less experience so that they can contribute to the project.
