Job Description

LSEG is seeking a highly organized and upbeat Field Marketer to plan, coordinate, and implement events, activations, and digital campaigns. This role involves end-to-end execution of field marketing initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally, managing budgets, and tracking performance. The marketer will craft memorable experiences, from third-party conferences to online campaigns, connecting with audiences and driving business results in a fast-paced environment.
Must Have:
  • Own end-to-end execution of field marketing events and digital activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Manage budgets with precision and creativity.
  • Track performance and continuously optimise for impact.
  • Plan and complete events from start to finish according to requirements.
  • Coordinate all event operations: invites, landing pages, client invitations, RSVPs, promotion, venue, catering, A/V, permits, security, couriers.
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with internal senior proposition sales colleagues.
  • Handle contact with vendors, suppliers, sponsors, and partners.
  • Supervise event staff, volunteers, and contractors during execution.
  • Ensure Workfront tactics, Purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments are processed.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
  • Monitor event success and prepare post-event reports, including feedback and metrics.
  • Detail-obsessed planner with flair for creativity.
  • Experience in event marketing, field marketing, or campaign management.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, thrives in fast-paced environments.

Role Description:

Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for a highly organised and upbeat Field Marketer to bring our brand to life through standout events, activations, and digital campaigns.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing engine—planning, coordinating, and implementing a wide range of initiatives, from third-party conferences and thought leadership forums to community events and proposition-focused online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of field marketing events and digital activations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with business goals
  • Manage budgets with precision and creativity
  • Track performance and continuously optimise for impact
  • Plan and complete events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
  • Coordinate all event operations including crafting invites and landing pages in Eloqua, sending invites to marketing email lists, coordinating with customer facing teams on client invitations, supervising RSVPs, promoting the event online on specific internal and external channels, venue booking, badges catering, audio/visual setup, permits, security, couriers for materials and transportation.
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with internal senior proposition sales colleagues offering them regular updates on the plan.
  • Handle contact with vendors, suppliers, sponsors, and partners.
  • Supervise event staff, volunteers, and contractors during event execution.
  • Ensure Workfront tactics are raised, Purchase orders and invoices received and suppliers are paid through the Accounts Payable process
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
  • Monitor event success and prepare post-event reports, online activity including ensuring working group meets for feedback, metrics, and areas of improvement.
