The TGLE Portfolio team serves as a strategic, cross-functional hub spanning Toy & Game, Licensing, and Entertainment. The Senior Financial Analyst, TGLE Portfolio plays a crucial role in driving Hasbro’s financial performance across the enterprise. With exposure to the full P&L, this position is accountable for supporting forecasting, tracking, and analysis across multiple business segments and functions. They will analyze data, create forecasts, and deliver reports that help guide pivotal initiatives. Their day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis, while also contributing to special projects and continuous process improvements. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI.

The base salary range for this position is $83,900.00 to $125,900.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
