We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst with a focus on Cash Management and Balance Sheet to help drive financial performance, enhance our internal processes, and contribute directly to the success of the business.

##### Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and ad hoc financial analyses across the finance function.

• Deliver financial insights, reports, and variance analyses to guide strategic decisions, with a focus on Net Working Capital, Cash Flow, and inventory.

• Optimize working capital processes (AR/AP, DSO, DPO, DIO) and ensure accurate balance sheet bookings.

• Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow forecasting and with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and process efficiency.

• Maintain strong internal controls, support audits and compliance efforts, and drive improvements in financial systems and processes.

##### What we are looking for:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, ideally focused on cash management and balance sheet topics.

• Strong knowledge of HGB and IFRS, with hands-on ERP experience (ideally Microsoft Business Central) and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

• Proactive and independent work style paired with strong team spirit.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
