We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Manager - FP&A, you'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and present performance presentations and quarterly business reviews, translating key performance drivers into a cohesive story for senior management and stakeholders & provide clear financial analysis, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast/prior periods), to senior management.
  • Partner with business systems team to develop business models and improve operational and financial processes for maximum efficiency & lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Utilize financial systems for reporting of performance vs. forecasts and analyze month-end variances, driving cost-saving initiatives.
  • Work with business leads on forecast expectations, developing strategies to maximise profitability and meet financial targets.
  • Quantify financial impact of risks/opportunities and develop action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities and lead multiple ad-hoc projects including analytical modelling, ROI analysis, and process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HiTech Industry or in SaaS/Technology field.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language
