Must Have:
  • Lead end-to-end FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close processes, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Drive operational excellence and OPEX discipline, implementing and refining financial planning tools and frameworks.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver reporting packages and dashboards providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with product, finance, and corporate stakeholders as a trusted business partner.
  • Standardize financial planning and reporting processes to reduce duplication and non-value-added work.
  • Navigate complex and changing business environments with confidence, providing clarity and focus.
  • Mentor and coach finance teammates, instilling guidelines and improving organizational capability.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a senior FP&A or finance management role.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and OPEX management.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with product and business leaders to drive alignment and integration.
  • Skilled at identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to balance shifting priorities, manage constant fire drills, and maintain focus on long-term goals.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous and dynamic environments, ensuring clarity of direction during change.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Lead FP&A activities end-to-end: Own global markets financial budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close processes, and ad-hoc analysis. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across deliverables, while finding opportunities to optimize the financial planning cycle.
  • Drive operational excellence and OPEX discipline: Implement and refine financial planning tools, processes, and frameworks with a strong focus on operational efficiency. Lead efforts to effectively manage OPEX across global teams and establish scalable guidelines.
  • Deliver actionable insights: Develop, maintain, and deliver reporting packages and dashboards that provide senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights. Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling proactive decision-making at both the market and global levels.
  • Be a trusted business partner: Collaborate closely with product, finance, and corporate collaborators to agree on goals, integrate initiatives, and ensure consistency across functions. Provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions constructively to support business strategies.
  • Streamline and simplify: Standardize financial planning and reporting processes to reduce duplication and non-value-added work. Consolidate multiple inputs and priorities into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Lead in ambiguity: Navigate complex and changing business environments with confidence. Provide clarity, focus, and stability during times of uncertainty, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach: Support and nurture finance teammates by instilling guidelines, encouraging collaboration, and improving organizational capability. Act as a role model for excellence and integrity in finance.

What You Will Bring

  • Education & Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; Also considering relevant experience in these areas.
  • 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a senior FP&A or finance management role.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations strongly preferred.
