Xsolla is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Senior Flutter Engineer to build cross-platform mobile experiences. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance apps using Flutter and Dart, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing AI-based tools to enhance development workflows. Responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, optimizing app performance, integrating APIs, and participating in code reviews. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with Flutter, strong knowledge of mobile architecture and state management, and familiarity with AI development tools. Experience with testing frameworks, backend APIs, app store deployments, and performance optimization is also required. Excellent English communication and the ability to work in distributed teams are essential. Familiarity with AI tools for UI/UX generation, test generation, or user behavior analysis, native mobile development, and CI/CD for mobile is beneficial.

Must have:

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer who is innovative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in building cross-platform mobile experiences using Flutter. You bring deep knowledge of mobile architecture and best practices, and you're always pushing the limits of what’s possible, both in performance and in user experience.

You are fluent in AI-enhanced development workflows and are comfortable integrating AI-driven tools to accelerate code quality, testing, and feature delivery. You thrive in fast-moving environments, contribute proactively to technical discussions, and take ownership of features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless and visually polished user experiences
Use AI-based tools (e.g., for code generation, test automation, performance analysis) to speed up and improve development workflows
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns
Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and startup time across platforms
Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services into mobile applications
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team-wide tech planning

Qualifications & Skills

Extensive experience building and deploying mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
Strong understanding of mobile development principles, state management (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod), and modern architecture
Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cody, or ChatGPT for engineering tasks
Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (unit, widget, and integration testing in Flutter)
Comfortable working with backend APIs and handling complex data flows
Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play, and managing release pipelines
Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills for mobile environments
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work cross-functionally in distributed teams

Good to Have

Experience using AI tools for mobile UI/UX generation, test generation, or user behavior analysis
Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development
Exposure to CI/CD for mobile (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions)
Interest or experience in gaming, fintech, or commerce applications
