Job Summary:

P99soft is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about solving deep technical problems, building innovative solutions, and working with top-notch software developers. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data and algorithms, can navigate ambiguity, and is excited about tackling challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex code using .NET/.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and Angular.
• Design and create REST-based APIs (using Web API) for data-driven solutions.
• Develop unit test cases to ensure the reliability of the features you ship.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Utilize CI/CD practices and tools, particularly Azure DevOps, for continuous integration and deployment.
• Document design and code development using Confluence for clear communication and future reference.
• Mentor junior developers, guiding them on industry best practices and helping them grow in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development using .NET/.NET Core, C#, Angular, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Extensive experience with databases, preferably SQL Server, and T-SQL.
• Proficiency in C# development, including multi-threading principles and knowledge of .NET data structures and objects.
• Experience in working with and troubleshooting large-volume SQL Server databases.
• Proficiency in developing REST (XML, JSON) and SOAP Web Services using ASP.NET and Web API.
• Strong belief in and experience with CI/CD/DevOps practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong full-stack development skills and familiarity with modern frameworks.
• Ability to independently deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers and fostering their growth.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
