QA / QV AI Automation Engineer

We are seeking a QA/QV Engineer to join our AI Technologies Engineering team. This role involves designing and executing manual, performance, and automated testing for AI-driven solutions, ensuring high quality and usability. The engineer will collaborate with product managers and engineers, applying expertise in QA/QV, software engineering, user experience, and design patterns. Responsibilities include implementing AI-driven testing technologies, managing test cases, and refining methodologies, requiring strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must Have

• Engineer and deploy automated QA solutions.
• Develop solutions that ensure reusability, modularity, test coverage and test all facets of quality engineering.
• Foster continuous improvement in Agile practices, team dynamics, and QA/QV methodologies.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor and report quality metrics, test progress, and product readiness to stakeholders.
• Be a change agent, driving operational effectiveness and implementing process improvements.

You will personally implement innovative AI-driven testing technologies, manage test case development and execution, and refine QA/QV methodologies. Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to shaping the future of QA/QV in this cutting-edge environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills

• 6+ years collaborating with global teams of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• You excel at thinking outside of the box and finding creative and innovative solutions to challenging problems
• 6+ years of experience engineering QA / QV automation solutions and executing manual testing
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Plan and execute change management through a formal change management process
