Role: We are looking for a talented Senior Game Designer who will help the team develop Total Battle for years to come. The ideal candidate would be prepared to learn, as well as to deal with the multitude of challenges posed by the game’s complex economic system and the free interaction between players. We are looking for a game designer of any level (junior, middle, or senior) and are prepared to assess candidates based on the results of a test task and interview.
Balancing the game economy using spreadsheets and working on game monetization.
Configuring game features in the database.
Analyzing game statistics.
Researching other games on the market and, if needed, analyzing their features by deconstruction.
Developing concepts and writing documentation for game features.
Preferably have experience as a game designer on a live service project.
Want to work on the game for years to come, accumulating experience with every goal achieved.
Know how to work with numbers, balance game features, and adjust the game economy.
Know how to work with spreadsheets and how to use data in game design.
Be prepared to work a great deal on data configuration for game features in the database.
Have extensive gaming experience in F2P games, preferably mobile 4X strategy games.
Be prepared to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus, since we don’t work remotely.
Our company was founded in 2015 in Cyprus with the initial goal of publishing and operating third-party games.
In 2016 we decided that we wanted to work with our own games instead of ready-made products. We were excited by the idea of being a full-cycle game development studio: to launch a game, gain initial traction, and then scale up the game globally and become a leader in the genre.
2017 saw the arrival of our first game, Total Battle. We discovered the game in its very early stages, and we believed in its great potential, so we made it our goal to focus on this single title and become the leader in the 4X strategy genre.
In 2021, we began to transform the company into a full-cycle game development studio, adding game developers, designers, and artists to our already existing publishing team, which consisted of our finance, legal, marketing, community, and support staff. We finished this process in 2022, and we now operate from our two offices in Limassol.
