As we embark on an ambitious strategic roadmap with major releases planned for 2025-2028, we're seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Gameplay Producer to help us create ground-breaking experiences that captivate players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Strategy
- Craft and execute a comprehensive development strategy for multiple cross-disciplinary strike teams, ensuring the project aligns with the studio's vision and meets quality, schedule, and budget targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, establish key milestones, and identify deliverables for the gameplay team.
- Proactively identify project risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and create contingency plans to keep development on track.
- Serve as the primary problem-solver for production challenges, using strategic thinking to turn obstacles into opportunities for improvement.
Team Empowerment & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and support a cross-functional gameplay teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members can thrive.
- Play an active role in building and empowering a strong, capable team with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Manage the allocation of tools, talent, and time to effectively meet development needs, ensuring the project is well-resourced for success.
Communication & Collaboration
- Ensure seamless and transparent communication across all departments, external partners, and studio leadership.
- Act as the central point for interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring all teams are working in harmony towards a unified vision.
- Continuously evaluate and refine production processes, leveraging agile frameworks to enhance team performance and output.

- You will be at the heart of the development process, responsible for balancing the creative vision of the game with the practical realities of budget and schedule.
- As the primary problem solver, you'll be the go-to person when challenges arise, requiring a calm head and the ability to make tough decisions under pressure.
- Success in this role requires a high degree of accountability; you will have a significant impact on and responsibility for the project's success.
- Your role will be fully remote which may be sometimes challenging.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Production within the games industry, having shipped at least one complete AAA game from concept to launch.
- A people-focused, inclusive leader with the ability to inspire and rally distributed and diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle and agile frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and project updates to any audience.
- A committed gamer with a thorough understanding of player expectations and quality benchmarks, ideally in the Action-RPG genre.
- The ability to critically evaluate game quality and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong skills in Excel or other data analysis tools.

Recruitment Process:
- Once our Talent Acquisition team receives your application, together with the hiring team, we will review your CV, portfolio and the answers you provided in the application form and if all the boxes are ticked, we're moving to the next stage.
- Initial call with Talent Acquisition Specialist - During this call you'll learn about the company and we learn about you. We'll talk about your experience & expectations with working in a fully remote environment and we'll talk about your expertise. We'll finish this call with some admin questions. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions as well.
- After the initial call, usually 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team follows. These interviews will be a bit more technical and will go deeper into your experience, skills & knowledge. As you would have signed an NDA by now, you'll also learn a bit more about the project you would work on. During these interviews we'll also focus on finding out whether you're a good fit for our company culture and that we share the same values.
- We may or may not ask you to do the test - this is decided on an individual basis and you will receive instructions with the test.
- If everything goes well, the last step in the recruitment process is the offer presentation call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and your future line manager to discuss the offer and next steps to get you successfully on board.
