Job Description

As the Senior Global Downstream Product Manager, Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE), you will drive comprehensive product strategy and lifecycle management, integrating in-depth customer feedback and market analysis to achieve commercial success and meet strategic objectives.

Your role:

  • Spearhead downstream marketing and sales enablement for the VeriSight Pro 3D ICE catheter in the U.S., developing sales tools and messaging to drive adoption and revenue growth in the Structural Heart and Electrophysiology spaces
  • Drive event leadership, physician engagement, and marketing communications, including managing conferences, and digital campaigns, to strengthen market presence and customer relationships
  • Support global expansion efforts by, collaborating with international teams, and aligning cross-functionally to ensure product readiness then support the geography as needed with communications materials

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in downstream product marketing
  • Expertise in driving product launch plans and supporting regional local launch plans by assisting in the creation of local go-to-market strategies and collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective market entry
  • You have a bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Product Management, Project Management, Marketing or equivalent discipline
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You can analyze market trends, competition, and segment technologies at an enterprise level to ensure the portfolio meets market needs and expectations, while developing and maintaining customer segmentation requirements based on global market insights and supported by Market Intelligence

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in San Diego, CA is $136,000 to $216,000.

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $136,000 to $216,000.

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, CO is $136,000 to $216,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to San Diego, CA, Plymouth, MN or Colorado Springs, CO.
