Job Summary

Dream Games seeks a Senior IT/AV Specialist to serve as the primary contact for all IT and AV needs. Responsibilities encompass monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software; providing end-user support; configuring and upgrading IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls); managing AV administration for events and meeting spaces; supporting IT purchasing; managing IT onboarding/offboarding; and managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of relevant experience, expertise in hardware (desktops, laptops, GPU render farms, servers, peripherals), networking, macOS/Windows ecosystems, and a passion for emerging technologies. Strong teamwork skills are essential.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT/AV Specialist, who will be the point of main contact for all IT/AV related topics. As a Senior IT/AV Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the entire team with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

    • Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software
    • Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems
    • Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls
    • Managing AV administration with supporting events and meeting spaces, ensuring smooth AV operations
    • Supporting the purchasing team for all IT/AV related matters
    • Managing IT requirements in the onboarding and offboarding process
    • Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
    • Following new technologies and integrating them into our company

Requirements

    • +5 years of work experience in related fields
    • Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, GPU render farms, GPU and application servers and peripherals, artist machines and cloud hosting platforms
    • Competence in networking, routing, firewalls, and VPNs 
    • Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
    • Passion to learn new technologies and interest in games
    • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
