Must Have

  • Lead all workplace operations and ensure outstanding employee experience
  • Manage and mentor workplace team (hospitality, IT, reception, security)
  • Set high standards for catering, events, and guest interactions
  • Oversee IT operations, hardware/software inventory, and operational tools
  • Manage physical security, access systems, and emergency procedures
  • Own office projects (construction, refurbishment, space planning)
  • Manage contractual relationships with third-party suppliers
  • 7+ years experience in workplace operations, facilities, or hospitality
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong project management skills for large-scale office or construction projects
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork

Job Description

We are looking for a Workplace Lead who will take full ownership of our workplace operations and experience. This role goes beyond day-to-day office management. You will shape the entire workplace strategy, oversee hospitality, IT, and security operations, and ensure an exceptional working environment for our team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading all workplace operations and ensuring an outstanding employee experience
  • Managing and mentoring the workplace team, including hospitality, IT, reception, and security
  • Setting high standards for catering, events, and all guest interactions
  • Overseeing IT operations, hardware/software inventory, and operational tools run smoothly and at scale
  • Managing physical security measures, access systems, emergency procedures, and vendor relations
  • Owning office projects, including construction, refurbishment, and space planning
  • Managing contractual relationships with all third-party suppliers

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams across the workplace, hospitality, IT, and security
  • Strong project management skills and proven experience in large-scale office or construction projects
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
