Culinary and Operations Coach (Area Manager)

As the Area Manager at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, you will lead, motivate, and support corporate restaurants in Western Australia to drive sales growth and ensure food safety and quality. You will also focus on building strong restaurant teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. The role requires multi-site management experience, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for the GYG brand, with a focus on driving profitability and culinary excellence. Job Description

As the Area Manager you will play a pivotal role by leading, motivating and supporting our corporate network of Restaurants in Western Australia and their teams to drive sales growth and deliver results. You will ensure there is no compromising on food safety and quality as well as help build great restaurant teams so that every customer will love us.
