Job Summary

Renesas is seeking an Associate Analog Engineer to join its A&C/SPBD/Tianjin Analog development team. This full-time role involves assisting with new product definition, module R&D, simulation, verification, and support for products such as operational amplifiers, interface chips, and Flash chips. Key responsibilities include designing, simulating, and verifying chip analog modules using Cadence software, as well as assisting with chip layout design and testing.

Must Have

  • Microelectronics major
  • Master's degree or above in Microelectronics/Integrated Circuits
  • Proficiency in Cadence software
  • Proficiency in Office software
  • Fluent English listening and speaking ability for communication with foreign teams
  • Cheerful personality, strong communication skills, and team player

Good to Have

  • Participated in analog chip development projects
  • Experience with tape-out

Job Description

This position belongs to the Renesas A&C/SPBD/Tianjin Analog development team, responsible for assisting with new product definition, module research and development, simulation, verification, and support work. Product categories mainly include operational amplifiers, interface chips, and Flash chips.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, simulate, and verify chip analog modules using Cadence software
  • Assist with chip layout design
  • Assist testing personnel with chip testing

Qualifications

Required Conditions:

  • Major: Microelectronics
  • Education: Master's degree or above
  • Specialization: Microelectronics/Integrated Circuits
  • Skills: Cadence software usage skills, Office software usage skills
  • English listening and speaking ability: Able to communicate fluently with foreign teams in English during work
  • Other: Cheerful personality, strong communication skills, team player

"Bonus" Conditions:

  • Other: Participated in analog chip development projects, experience with tape-out
