The company is in a rapid growth phase, scaling quickly and changing how people discover retail. As a (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in the Groceries, Drugstores, and Department Stores team, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing significant retail companies, ensuring smooth and successful processes from offer creation to final reporting. Your responsibilities include nurturing existing customer relationships, proactively identifying new potentials, and successfully acquiring new business partners, contributing significantly to achieving and exceeding growth targets.
Must have:
  • Independent consulting and sales for national existing customers (Key Accounts) and media agencies
  • Identification of sales potentials and development of strategic measures for long-term customer loyalty and expansion of existing sales
  • Conducting annual negotiations up to C-level
  • Customer communication and expansion of the customer network at C-level and operational level
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers
  • Market and competitor observation and conducting customer analyses
  • Creation of customer presentations and offers
  • Preparation and execution of customer appointments (on-site and virtual - willingness to travel within Germany)
  • Representation of the company at events and trade fairs
  • Positive and sales-oriented personality and enjoyment of sales and customer contact
  • Confident communication and convincing presentation skills - also at C-level
  • Degree, commercial or comparable training, and at least 4 years of professional experience in Sales
  • Excellent German (C1-C2) and very good English (min. B2) skills
  • Familiarity with MS-Office programs

Your profile:

  • Positive and sales-oriented personality and enjoyment of sales and customer contact
  • Confident communication and convincing presentation skills - also at C-level
  • Degree, commercial or comparable training, and at least 4 years of professional experience in Sales
  • You have an eye for the needs of customers and can adapt to the questions of today's world
  • You feel at home in the digital world (ideally you have good knowledge in the online marketing area)
  • Familiarity with MS-Office programs
  • Excellent German language skills (C1-C2) and very good English language skills (at least B2)
