Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel will provide commercial legal support for the Industrial and IoT sectors. This role involves advising on a variety of commercial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting the company's business objectives. The position requires a strong understanding of commercial law and the ability to provide practical and business-oriented legal advice. The candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on legal risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
