The Facilities Operations Technical Watch is responsible for the operation, maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of all site facilities systems, including FMCS and BAS automation. This role involves performing preventative, predictive, and RCM maintenance across various disciplines such as HVAC, electrical, and process piping. The individual will participate in emergency activities, technical training, and maintain operating procedures, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to interpret complex schematics.
Good To Have:- 3-5 years' experience with facility systems and controls

Must Have:- Operate, maintain, install, repair, and troubleshoot all site facilities systems
- Operate and maintain site FMCS and BAS automation systems
- Perform preventative, predictive, and RCM maintenance
- Work across multiple specialties/disciplines (HVAC, electrical, process piping, mechanical, instrumentation, wastewater treatment, UPW systems)
- Interpret complex multi-disciplined schematics, drawings, O&M manuals
- Knowledge of personal computers and CMMS systems
- Working knowledge of local, state, and national building and environmental codes
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds or push/pull up to 60 pounds
- Ability to work in temperature extremes
- Ability to work in labor intensive assignments for up to 12 hours
- Ability to effectively and safely maneuver in tight locations
- Ability to work around or near chemicals or residues such as acids, solvents, oils and grease
- Required to respond to emergencies/outages
- Requires medical surveillance and to be SCBA/APR approved
- Required to work off-shift, weekend and holidays
