This Senior Manager, Business Excellence role focuses on elevating Learning Operations across product lines. The leader will drive transformation, champion scalable solutions, and shape future learning experiences for customers and teams. Key responsibilities include defining a strategic roadmap, streamlining operations, partnering with various business leaders, leading global change management, overseeing project execution, mentoring a high-performing team, delivering executive insights, building scalable frameworks, and championing innovation with emerging technologies.

  • Lead the Business Excellence Roadmap aligned with Autodesk’s KPIs.
  • Architect and implement process improvements for global learning product lines.
  • Collaborate with Product, GTM, Sales, and Customer Success leaders.
  • Lead global change management programs.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and mitigate risks.
  • Lead a high-performing team of project managers.
  • Translate operational data into strategic recommendations.
  • Design repeatable execution models across regions and product lines.
  • Pilot emerging technologies to enhance learning and operational performance.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 6+ years in business excellence or operational leadership roles, including 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven success in process improvement, project coordination, and AI automation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

We are seeking a strategic and innovative to elevate our Learning Operations across product lines. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of operational strategy, AI automation, and cross-functional execution. You’ll drive transformation, champion scalable solutions, and shape the future of learning experiences for our customers and teams.

*This is a remote position with a preferred location.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Excellence Roadmap: Define and evolve a strategic roadmap that aligns with our company’s KPIs and delivers measurable impact across customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue
  • Streamline Learning Operations: Architect and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency across global learning product lines
  • Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with Product, GTM, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to align operational initiatives with business goals
  • Drive Change at Scale: Lead global change management programs that embed new tools, processes, and behaviors across teams
  • Oversee Execution & Risk Management: Manage cross-functional projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Mentor & Build Talent: Lead a high-performing team of project managers, fostering leadership growth and execution excellence
  • Deliver Executive Insights: Translate operational data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Build Scalable Frameworks: Design repeatable execution models that work across regions, product lines, and customer segments
  • Champion Innovation: Pilot emerging technologies and methodologies that enhance learning and operational performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 6+ years in business excellence or operational leadership roles, including 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proven success in process improvement, project coordination, and AI automation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in the learning and development industry is a plus
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of our competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $143,000 and $231,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
