Senior Manager, Data Analytics

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead our data analytics team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a strong background in analytics, data visualization, statistical methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. As a key member of our data team, you will oversee the development of analytical frameworks, guide the execution of analytical projects, and help shape our overall data strategy to support business growth and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a high-performance, responsive and collaborative culture.
• Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle: from identifying data needs, building models, and delivering actionable insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders (marketing, product, finance, operations, etc.) to understand key objectives and deliver impactful data solutions.
• With stakeholders to establish KPIs and metrics frameworks to measure business performance, then monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the health of the business and identify opportunities for growth or operational efficiency.
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions including forecasting models, customer segmentation, and performance dashboards, using predictive modeling, machine learning and statistical methods
• Define and implement data analytics standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, accessibility, and governance
• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights through storytelling and data visualization.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Champion data literacy and analytics capabilities throughout the organization

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more scripting languages such as Python, R.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, predictive models, and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to think strategically as well as execute with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record in delivering analytics projects that drive business impact.
• Solid knowledge of business processes (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance etc.) and systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Netsuite etc.) used in enterprises
