Job Description

EvenUp is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead their paid media strategy and outbound demand generation channels, including gifting, webinars, and email marketing. This role is responsible for creating compelling campaigns to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer with expertise in multiple demand generation channels and will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to optimize and scale paid media programs for measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include managing the full-funnel demand strategy, executing integrated campaigns across various channels, owning and operating paid media across platforms, designing nurture programs, collaborating with sales and product marketing, tracking and reporting on campaign performance, and staying updated on industry trends.
Must have:
  • 8-10+ years in growth marketing with emphasis on digital advertising
  • 5+ years managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs
  • Expertise in leveraging analytics for campaign optimization
  • Project management experience for on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified opportunities
  • Strong alignment with sales teams

Challenges You’ll Solve

EvenUp is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to manage our paid media strategy and outbound demand generation channels (gifting, webinars, email marketing). You’ll be responsible for creating compelling campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for our sales team. The right candidate for the role is a data-driven growth marketer with expertise in multiple demand generation channels. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across marketing, sales, product, and operations to continuously analyze, refine, and scale our paid media programs to deliver measurable business outcomes.  

What you’ll do

  • Own and optimize the full-funnel demand strategy across inbound, outbound, and ABM to generate and accelerate pipeline.

  • Support end-to-end campaign creation, execution, delivery and measurement of all demand generation campaigns.

  • Execute and continuously improve integrated campaigns across paid media, webinars, email, events, and ABM (1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1).

  • Own and operate paid media across platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, etc.), ensuring campaigns are well-targeted, paced to budget, and performance-driven.

  • Design and implement nurture programs that guide prospects through the buyer journey and increase conversion.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to align on messaging, targeting, attribution, and lead flow. Maintain healthy ad accounts and ensure data integrity, hygiene, and best practices across tools and platforms.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, lead quality, and conversion rates—using insights to optimize programs.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new technologies and platforms that improve campaign efficiency and impact.

What we look for

  • 8-10+ years working in growth marketing with an emphasis on digital advertising or other demand generation channels

  • 5+ years in managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs preferred (experience in marketing B2B SaaS products a strong plus)

  • Experience managing and mentoring a growing demand generation team by fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and accountability.

  • Expertise in leveraging analytics to drive campaign performance and optimization.

  • Project management experience ensuring campaigns are flawlessly delivered on time and on budget.

  • Demonstrated success in generating a high volume of qualified opportunities and driving strong alignment with sales.
