As a Brand Partnerships Manager you will lead the development, execution, and growth of brand partnerships that strengthen our presence in gaming and esports. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, partnerships, product, and creative to deliver impactful campaigns that connect our brands with players and communities worldwide. You’ll work directly with senior-level partner contacts, creating strategic plans, managing complex negotiations, and ensuring exceptional execution. What you bring to the table

  • Develop, manage, and execute brand partnerships and activations that drive player engagement and deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Lead strategic planning for partner programs, including campaign development, timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level partner stakeholders, providing exceptional account management and strategic counsel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships seamlessly into marketing and product initiatives.
  • Represent the brand in high-profile meetings, presentations, and industry events, ensuring alignment with brand vision and values.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in brand partnerships, brand marketing, or marketing agency roles with an emphasis in gaming, esports, or related industries.
  • Proven experience leading strategic brand initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing senior-level relationships and high-value partnerships.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
