Maino.ai, founded in 2022, is an AI and machine learning-driven digital marketing automation company based in Bengaluru, India, and Dover County, Delaware, USA. They offer a comprehensive Martech platform to optimize digital marketing strategies. The Senior Marketing Analyst will conduct data-driven analysis for client insights, monitor and report on marketing metrics, and make recommendations. This role involves working with data engineering, building custom reports, managing ad-hoc requests, and leading a team of 3-5 analysts.
Must have:
- Conduct data-driven analysis to gain actionable insights for key clients.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results.
- Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings.
- Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools.
- Improve underlying data infrastructure.
- Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports for key performance indicators.
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests, including prioritization and delivery.
- Be an individual contributor and lead a team of 3-5 other analysts.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct data-driven analysis to gain actionable insights and answer critical business questions (acquisition, retention, LTV, etc.) for key clients
- Monitor, optimise, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings
- Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve our underlying data infrastructure
- Analyse, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests including prioritisation and delivery of reports and insights to meet stakeholders needs
- In this role you would be an individual contributor and will also be leading a team of other analysts with size of 3-5 people
