Job Description

We are looking for a professional passionate about data, consumer behavior, and growth strategies. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing intelligent audience segmentations with a focus on increasing purchases, monetizing the customer base, and personalizing journeys. Key responsibilities include developing data-driven growth strategies, monitoring segmentation performance, personalizing customer purchase journeys, contributing to cross-channel communication, partnering with various departments, monitoring KPIs, and managing CDP platforms like Adobe Experience Platform and Marketingcloud for communications.
Must Have:
  • Develop data-driven growth strategies focusing on conversion, retention, and LTV.
  • Monitor segmentation performance and propose continuous optimizations.
  • Develop strategies to personalize the customer purchase journey.
  • Contribute to cross-channel communication throughout the customer journey.
  • Work in partnership with areas like CRM, Marketing, Product, Data, Media, and Customer Service.
  • Monitor KPIs and results of digital journeys and suggest continuous improvements.
  • Manage CDP platform (Adobe Experience Platform).
  • Manage communications via email, SMS, Push, or Whatsapp using Marketingcloud.
  • Experience with CDPs and engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketingcloud, Adobe Experience Platform).
  • Knowledge in CRM strategies, conversion funnel, and customer journey.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Senior Marketing Analyst – GROWTH and customer segmentations

We are looking for a professional passionate about data, consumer behavior, and growth strategies. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing intelligent audience segmentations with a focus on increasing purchases, monetizing the customer base, and personalizing journeys.

What will be your main deliveries?

  • Develop data-driven growth strategies, focusing on conversion, retention, and increased LTV;
  • Monitor segmentation performance and propose continuous optimizations;
  • Develop strategies to personalize the customer purchase journey;
  • Contribute to cross-channel communication throughout the customer journey;
  • Work in partnership with areas such as CRM, Marketing, Product, Data, Media, and Customer Service;
  • Monitor KPIs and results of digital journeys and suggest continuous improvements;
  • Work with CDP platform management (Adobe Experience Platform);
  • Work with communications via email, SMS, Push, or Whatsapp using Marketingcloud.

What we are looking for in you!

  • Experience with CDPs and engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketingcloud, Adobe Experience Platform, among others);
  • Knowledge in CRM strategies, conversion funnel, and customer journey;
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
