Senior Microstrategy Developer

Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company is looking for MicroStrategy Developer to deliver enhancements and development in Retail Banking team for one of Global Banking Customer.

##### Responsibilities

• Implement analytical self-service environments using data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, or MicroStrategy Visual Insights.
• Convert existing dashboards and reports into more visually intuitive and appealing 'story boards' using a data visualization tool.
• Work collaboratively with the Data Integration team to implement BI solutions driven by business requirements.
• Build collateral related to best practices in the BI space.
• Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team, as well as independently under own initiative.
• Good understanding of functional areas, especially banking and financial services.
• Good understanding on the architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good data analytics skills.

##### Skills

Must have

• Experience in designing and developing BI solutions with 9+ years of experience in developing solutions using MicroStrategy.
• Should be proficient with object creation, virtual data structure & SQL.
• Should have developed multiple high-end dashboards & good with validation techniques.
• Should be excellent with documentation.
• Good team player & attention to details.

Nice to have

• Retail Banking domain experience
• Power BI
• Hands-on experience of designing BI solutions involving on Hadoop ecosystem is a plus
