Job Description

As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of social media advertising projects for national and international clients. This includes optimizing self-service campaigns, advising clients on revenue and ROI, developing innovative campaign concepts, and actively contributing to business development. You should have at least 3 years of experience in social media ads, strong analytical skills, and excellent English proficiency.

Your tasks

  • Your area of responsibility includes the strategic planning and evaluation of social media advertising projects for our national and international clients.
  • Conception, execution, and permanent monitoring of campaigns.
  • Sustainable optimization of self-service campaigns with regard to the respective client goals.
  • Advising clients on increasing sales and optimizing ROI, as well as developing innovative campaign concepts.
  • Identifying the potential of our clients, proactive exchange, and intensive, long-term client support.
  • Active participation in Business Development.
  • Training and coaching of juniors.

Qualifications

We are looking for

  • You already have at least 3 years of professional experience in Social Media Ads.
  • You have a high affinity for social media and are always interested in the latest trends.
  • You have a very good understanding of numbers and data.
  • You are committed, communicative, and team-oriented, and bring a high degree of initiative and commitment.
  • You have very good English skills.
  • You work in a solution-oriented manner and do not lose your head or your humor even in hectic times.
