Job Description

As a Paid Social Manager at Publicis Media, you will strategically plan and evaluate social media advertising projects for national and international clients. Your tasks include conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring campaigns, optimizing them for client goals, and advising on revenue and ROI. You will also develop innovative campaign concepts and proactively engage with clients. We seek candidates with relevant social media ad experience, a strong understanding of data, excellent English skills, and a proactive, team-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
Must Have:
  • Strategic planning and evaluation of social media advertising projects

  • Client consulting for revenue increase and ROI optimization
  • Development of innovative campaign concepts
  • Relevant professional experience in Social Media Ads

  • Very good understanding of numbers and data

Your Tasks

  • Your area of responsibility includes the strategic planning and evaluation of social media advertising projects for our national and international clients.
  • Conception, execution, and permanent monitoring of campaigns.
  • Sustainable optimization of self-service campaigns with regard to the respective client goals.
  • Advising clients on increasing sales and optimizing ROI, as well as developing innovative campaign concepts.
  • Identifying the potential of our clients, proactive exchange, and intensive, long-term client support.

  • You already have relevant professional experience in the field of social media ads.
  • You have a high affinity for social media and are always interested in the latest trends.
  • You have a very good understanding of numbers and data.
  • You are committed, communicative, and team-oriented, and bring a high degree of initiative and commitment.
  • You have very good English skills.
  • You work in a solution-oriented manner and keep your head and your humor even in hectic times.
