Senior Producer

Below you will find some responsibilities of the role:

• Managing the daily and overall progress of project development,

• ensuring that vision and goals at all levels are set accordingly to plan,

• managing priorities to ensure the realization of project goals,

• supporting Producers and cross-functional development teams,

• project budget management and cost control,

• stakeholder management,

• managing reports and project documentation,

• supporting resolving any problem that the team may face during production,

• supporting decision-making process,

• tracking and mitigating risks appearing in the development,

• cooperation with outsourcing and business partners.

Feel free to apply if you have:

• Experience in full-cycle game development,

• knowledge sharing experience,

• management experience in the game development or a related industry,

• understanding of game development process,

• excellent verbal and written communication skills (Polish and English),

• very good knowledge of Microsoft 365,

• a great passion for games.

It would be also nice to have:
