Role Overview: The Senior Producer is integral to the creation and development of DC Universe Online. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in game production, capable of balancing multiple priorities. You will be at the heart of coordinating our development teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our vision and meets our players' needs. Remotely working with Austin, TX-based team from either California, Texas, Washington, or New York.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the production, design, art, and engineering teams to define project milestones and deliverables.
• Lead the execution of game development processes, from concept to live operations, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and task assignments using Atlassian tools, facilitating effective team workflow.
• Ensure all live operations documentation is accurately maintained and readily accessible.
• Foster a positive, transparent, and efficient working environment, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and regular project status meetings.
• Proactively identify and address any discrepancies between production schedules and design objectives, ensuring alignment and optimal resource allocation.
• Anticipate potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact, ensuring project stability and continuity.
• Drive process improvements, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance team efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in game production, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in MMOs and live operations.
• SCRUM Master certification (ex. CSM, PSM-1) or significant equivalent experience in agile project management.
• Proficiency with Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence), demonstrating strong project/program management capabilities.
• Experience with various project management methodologies, with a preference for Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective cross-functional team relationships.
• A passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of the MMO genre and its community.
