Infinity Ward is seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Producer to join our world-class development team in building genre-defining experiences. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting content and feature development by partnering closely with stakeholders across the studio and publisher. Your work will directly influence the quality, clarity, and timeliness of one of the industry’s most iconic franchises.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, who can anticipate challenges, solve complex problems, and help teams stay aligned, focused, and moving forward.Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Partner with Directors and Leads across multiple time-zones, to define long-term schedules, feature roadmaps, and sprint goals that guide teams toward successful, high-quality deliveries.

• Drive the production of features and content from concept through completion, balancing multiple high-priority initiatives.

• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Managing timelines, setting expectations, and aligning cross-discipline teams around shared outcomes.

• Maintain real-time visibility on project status and surface risks early, driving resolution through collaboration and clear communication.

• Immerse yourself in the day-to-day with teams. Removing blockers, clarifying priorities, and contributing to a culture of ownership, accountability, and creative problem solving.

Player Profile

• Experienced – You bring 5+ years in AAA game production and have shipped at least one title from concept to launch.

• Insightful – You have a deep understanding of the game development lifecycle, including live content, and know how to keep projects on track without compromising quality.

• Organized & Strategic – You excel at setting structure, prioritizing work, and adapting plans quickly when priorities shift.

• An Exceptional Communicator – You clearly articulate goals, risks, and opportunities across all levels of a project and with stakeholders across the globe.

• Collaborative – You build strong relationships with team members, are trusted by your peers, and are seen as a steady partner in production.

• Proactive & Results-Oriented – You anticipate needs, take initiative, and deliver on goals while maintaining a high standard of execution.

• Passionate About Games – You care deeply about quality, play experiences, and supporting teams in crafting industry-leading entertainment.
