The Senior Producer/Project Manager will be responsible for driving product development and implementation to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and at the required level of quality. They will work closely with engineering leadership, product management, other producers, and game/partner teams. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will anticipate challenges, adapt to changing requirements, and foster a collaborative team environment. The candidate will also be expected to ensure clear project definition and criteria for completion. They will also need to initiate, foster, maintain, and lead others towards positive working relationships with internal and external organizations critical to both current and future development processes.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience
  • 2+ years of agile development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and a positive outlook
Good to have:
  • Experienced in delivering cyber security initiatives and projects
  • Experience in the game industry
  • Computer science or technical degree
  • Agile certifications
  • Be able to lead technical scrums and agile project implementation

Who we are 

T2 is looking for a highly motivated Producer/Project Manager to join our team, the outstanding InfoSec Production team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to craft the future of cyber security projects within our innovative and forward-thinking organization.

They will work closely with engineering leadership, product management, other producers and game/partner teams to balance a set of commitments and achievements with predictable execution. They should be able to facilitate tough tradeoffs along the way and be tactical enough to know when to investigate on day-to-day execution. Proactively identify areas for improvement, then energetically drive those enhancements all the while encouraging a feeling of teamwork and common purpose within the team.

 

The Challenge

  • Drive product development and implementation to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, customers, and partners.
  • Anticipate challenges and accurately adjust as needed on the fly.
  • Partner with other producers, product managers, engineering leaders and members of other departments to deliver outstanding products and services.
  • Ensure clear project definition and criteria for completion.
  • Initiate, foster, maintain, and lead others towards positive working relationships with internal and external organizations critical to both current and future development processes.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, encouraging the sharing of ideas and ensuring all team members are engaged and contributing to the project’s success.
  • Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture.

What You Bring 

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience.
  • 2+ years of agile development experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and a positive outlook.

Great to Have: 

  • Experienced in delivering cyber security initiatives and projects, with knowledge of cyber security concepts, principles, and approaches that lead to well-delivered programs.
  • Experience in the game industry.
  • Computer science or technical degree.
  • Agile certifications.
  • Be able to lead technical scrums and agile project implementation.
