The Challenge
As a DevOps Engineer II, you’ll join efforts to design, automate, and optimize scalable, secure infrastructure. Collaborating with development, operations, and security teams, we drive CI/CD efficiency, system reliability, and automation. Beyond technical expertise, you’ll learn to shape strategy, and influence decisions to enhance Take-Two’s engineering culture.
What You’ll Take On
- Innovate and Implement: Implement, and maintain cloud-based and on-prem environments using Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration.
- Accelerate and Automate: Optimize, and implement secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for seamless automation.
- Champion Reliability: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and application performance issues.
- Influence and Mentor: Coach and guide other engineers by sharing expertise and shaping our DevOps culture. Implement guidelines and contribute to ongoing learning and team working throughout the organization.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who grows with a challenge and embraces a dynamic environment. 5+ years of cloud experience (AWS preferred), 3+ years of Terraform experience and 3+ years of Python, bash etc.
- Be a Problem Solver: Adaptability and willingness to dig into new challenges. Comfortable working independently but know when to ask for help.
- Cloud and Data Experience: Have hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud technologies and are a pro with Terraform. Experience with data platforms like Databricks and Apache AirFlow.
- Automation Skills: Experienced with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana and Datadog. And deploy custom tools and frameworks using Python a
- Version Control: Have a background in version control administration, especially with GitHub or Perforce.
Great to Have:
- Experience with databases.
- GCP and Azure cloud experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
