Job Description

Playwing seeks a Senior Producer to oversee the production of a multiplayer PC game in a dark fantasy universe. Responsibilities include guiding projects from concept to release, facilitating cross-disciplinary communication, identifying and removing roadblocks, prioritizing tasks, creating schedules, collaborating with leads on best practices, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining team focus on goals and quality. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years' experience in game production, delivering at least two AAA titles, and proven experience in multi-studio collaborations.

Supervising the game production (Multiplayer PC – Dark Fantasy Universe) by making sure mandate is clear, proper production management methods are in place, game quality expectations are met & games are released on schedule.

You will be responsible of:

  • Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to release;
  • Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines;
  • Identify and help remove roadblocks;
  • Prioritize and assign task to the appropriate people;
  • Create and update schedules and tasks;
  • Ensure features of major tasks are prioritized with stakeholder, scoped and scheduled;
  • Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation;
  • Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables;
  • Keep team mobilized and focused on goals, milestones and quality.

 

Qualifications

You must have:

·         At least 8 years working experience in the Game Industry and delivering at least 2 AAA tittles as a producer; 

  • Experience of multiple-studios collaboration environment;
  • Proficient project and people management skills;
  • Strong team building abilities;
  • Solid understanding of the game development process for AAA games;
  • Experience tracking complex projects;
  • Technical background with software engineering or technical project management experience is a plus;
  • Excellent written and oral French and English communication skills;
