Job Summary
CyberArk is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead UX/UI features for their information security products. This role involves mastering user-centric design, UX research, and UI best practices, while deeply understanding service technologies and their impact. Responsibilities include designing intuitive interfaces, creating prototypes, evolving design systems, and leveraging data analytics to refine design decisions. The designer will work collaboratively within a mixed UX/UI team, taking ownership of cross-group projects and initiating relevant UX research.
Must Have
- Master user centric approach, user flows, and UX research methodologies.
- Master UI best practices, design trends, and infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of the service, its technologies, limitations, and implementation.
- Lead UX/UI features for the service.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile products.
- Execute designs across the full product lifecycle.
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Axure.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI patterns, and accessibility guidelines.
- Leverage data analytics to refine design decisions.
- Work as a team member in a mixed UX/UI group.
- Take responsibility for cross UX/UI group projects.
- Initiate, lead, and perform relevant UX research.
- Over 5 years of experience in both UX and UI.
- Experience working for large organizations in complex operational B2B systems.
- Excellent visualization skills.
- Ability to create precise mockups for UX design.
- Knowledge and experience with design infrastructure and components libraries.
- Expertise in Figma, Axure, and Adobe.
- Fluent English.
- Portfolio showcasing strong visual design and user-centered approach.

CyberArk, a fast-growing leader in the information security field, is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer.
A Sr. Product designer masters the fundamentals of user centric approach, user flows and UX research work methodologies while mastering the UI best practices, design trends, and infrastructure. They are expected to think and plan how current UX solutions they provide will impact users and the service they own. They have a great depth of knowledge about the service that they are responsible for, its technologies, limitation and implementation, its responsibility, and the interaction with other services.
- Lead UX/I features for the service, from top executives down to the last developers. Working closely with PM as a technological experts of their service
- Design Execution: Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile products. Execute designs across the full product lifecycle — from early sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developer-ready specs, with an emphasis on innovation.
- Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Axure to validate design concepts with stakeholders.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI patterns, and accessibility guidelines for consistency and scalability.
- Data-Driven Design: Leverage data analytics to refine and improve design decisions.
- Work as a team member in a mixed (UX/UI) group

- Senior Product Designer with over 5 years of experience in both UX and UI
- Experience working for large organizations specialized in complex operational B2B systems.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships; effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent visualization skills with the ability to create precise mockups for UX design.
- Knowledge and experience in working with design infrastructure and components libraries
- Expertise in standard UX/I design tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe. Bachelor's degree in visual design
- Fluent English
- Required: Portfolio showcasing recent work, with a focus on projects that demonstrate strong visual design, creativity, and a user-centered approach.
