Subway Surfers has been an industry leader for over a decade in its genre, and has managed to keep virality for all these years through great core gameplay as well as continuous innovation and releases. And this is where you come in!

We’re looking to hire a skilled Product Manager to help us stay on the above path, continue innovation and to build content that allows us to keep the top spot of runners. You’ll get a great opportunity to directly engage with a product that reaches over 150 million monthly users, and to leave your mark on the future of Subway Surfers.

Responsibilities

• Manage product features and LiveOps strategy - from ideation to launch - ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics.
• Craft product specs and collaborate closely with design, art, and engineering to deliver high-quality, impactful features.
• Analyze player data and market trends to enhance engagement, retention, and monetization
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and scale proven features.
• Apply data-driven decision-making in your work and help foster a culture where data informs thinking, experimentation, and measurable impact.
• Work with game designers, analysts, and marketing to prioritize roadmap items with clear ROI, and maintain cross-team alignment on goals and timelines.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, quality, continuous improvement and a focus on impact within your pod and across the wider product team.
• Support the overall vision and strategy of the product by questioning existing views and participating in the game's development process.
  

Life at SYBO

In your first month, you’ll get a clear understanding of the game vision and roadmap, and learn how the team works together to realize it. You’ll start building effective relationships with your pod and the broader product team.

In your first 3 months, you’ll be fully up to speed and have taken ownership of your pod’s roadmap. You’ll be fully engaged with the team on your first projects and will likely have pitched your first idea. Expect to be deep into new features or improvements by this point.

By the end of your first year, you'll have significantly contributed to the development of Subway Surfers with quantifiable results evident in important KPIs such as revenue, engagement, and retention. You’ve established yourself as a trusted voice in the team and helped us keep Subway Surfers the king of runners!

Requirements

• Extensive understanding of game KPIs, monetization strategies, and player preferences - you know how to transform insights into results.
• Comfortable using data tools like SQL, Tableau, or Looker to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Previous experience taking ownership of a roadmap, collaborating across disciplines, and developing features from concept to live.
• Skilled communicator who can bring teams together and guide decisions without needing formal leadership.
• Possesses a natural curiosity and a readiness to explore different perspectives or recommend improved strategies.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with LiveOps or event design.
• Casual mobile games experience
• Ad Monetization knowledge
