Tekion is seeking a motivated Senior Product Manager for their Lead to Cash team in Bangalore, India. About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our Lead to Cash team—responsible for streamlining how leads become revenue across quoting, contracting, billing, and renewals.

This mid-level position offers a high degree of ownership and career advancement as you help shape systems that directly drive company growth. You’ll be part of the central operations and revenue engine that underpins the customer and financial lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Lead to Cash systems, including CRM, CPQ, billing, and subscription platforms.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Engineering to streamline processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and reduce sales cycle time.
  • Define and track key metrics tied to revenue realization and operational efficiency.
