Job Description

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of tax software solutions. This role bridges customer needs and internal teams to deliver innovative, AI-enabled SaaS products for tax professionals.
Must have:
  • Own product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Define pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead Agile execution: backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and reviews.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with UX and engineering to validate and refine solutions.
  • Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Develop GTM plans with Sales and Marketing.
  • Create sales enablement tools (playbooks, guides, training).
  • Facilitate customer advisory boards and feedback sessions.
  • Represent the company in webinars and industry events.
  • Develop market narratives and thought leadership content.
  • Identify AI opportunities and lead experimentation pilots.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering on AI applications.
  • Conduct user research and VOC activities.
  • Monitor KPIs (usage, churn, NPS, upsell).
  • Use data to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Partner across departments to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
  • Lead product readiness and launch planning.
  • Mentor junior PMs and promote best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Define pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.

Product Development

  • Lead Agile execution: backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and reviews.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with UX and engineering to validate and refine solutions.

Go-to-Market & Commercialization

  • Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Develop GTM plans with Sales and Marketing.
  • Create sales enablement tools (playbooks, guides, training).

Customer Engagement

  • Facilitate customer advisory boards and feedback sessions.
  • Represent the company in webinars and industry events.
  • Develop market narratives and thought leadership content.

Innovation & AI Enablement

  • Identify AI opportunities and lead experimentation pilots.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years in product management or related roles.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum, B2B SaaS, and tax/accounting software preferred.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking, technical fluency, and AI awareness.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and execution focus.
  • Data-driven decision-making and customer-centric mindset.

Additional Details

  • Travel: Up to 25%
  • Work Hours: Full-time, 8am–6pm
