As a Senior Product Manager for the gaming business unit, you will oversee the keyboard product portfolio's roadmap and lifecycle. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (channel, sales, ID, engineering, marketing, procurement), you'll define and execute product strategies to boost revenue and profitability. Responsibilities include leading new product development (ideation to launch), conducting market research, defining product requirements, developing roadmaps, analyzing performance data, collaborating on go-to-market strategies, and communicating product plans to leadership. The ideal candidate possesses strong product planning, business strategy, and project management skills.

General Purpose:
As a Sr. Product Manager of gaming BU, you will be responsible for product roadmap and product lifecycle of our keyboard product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including channel, sales, ID, engineering, marketing, and procurement to define and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product planning, business strategy, and project management.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Oversee the product line category
- Lead the development of new product initiatives, from ideation to launch
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Define product requirements and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
- Develop product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle of existing products
- Analyze market and product performance data to make data-driven product decisions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches
- Communicate product plans and progress to executive leadership
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ year experiences in PC industry, 7+ years of PM role
- Deep knowledge of gaming/mechanical keyboard is a plus
- Team player, able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
- People management skill is a plus and will be considered based on candidate experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy
