We are seeking an experienced Strategy Leader to join our International Payments Fraud team. This role involves developing and maintaining a product strategy for domestic and cross-border payment fraud solutions outside North America. You will support sales engagement, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective product strategy execution, and coordinate with various internal teams including Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, Adoption, and Customer Success.
Must Have:
  • Experience launching a product and owning the process from beginning to end.
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization (c-suite, decision-makers, users).
  • Deep payment fraud management experience either within the vendor or banking space.
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for talking to our customers and internal teams, helping to 'peel the onion' to uncover problems they may be having.

We're seeking an experienced Strategy Leader to join our International Payments Fraud team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a product strategy that supports both domestic and cross-border payment fraud solutions for regions outside North America. You will support sales engagement in key regions including direct to institutions and at the payment network level. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the product strategy is executed effectively and meets the needs of the market. You are an expert in the part of the product and will coordinate with many internal teams including Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, Adoption, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create and prioritize product roadmaps that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Work with Development and Design Team on developing functionality
  • Participate in demos for sales prospects
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing Team on product launches and go to market strategies
  • Attend product check points to review progress on roadmap projects with leadership

  • Responsible for the creation, shipping, and value of the product. You are the owner of this end-to-end process.

The base pay range for this role is $185,000 - $320,800. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
