  • Act as the player advocate, mining quantitative and qualitative feedback (reviews, surveys, community input), and iterating on event tuning and feature priorities
  • Drive monetisation strategy and segmentation approach, conceptualising pricing bundles, special offers, ad placements, and balancing business goals with player delight
  • Monitor and report performance, defining success metrics, measuring event outcomes, sharing insights with senior leadership, and constantly optimising plans
  • Own LiveOps tooling and campaign processes, ensuring smooth delivery via remote-config, content pipelines, and internal coordination, and leveraging new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of LiveOps

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in mobile free-to-play LiveOps or casual games
  • Deep expertise in F2P LiveOps mechanics—events, offers, A/B testing, remote config, experimentation — with measurable success
  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL/Excel proficiency and experience defining hypotheses, test plans, and metric tracking
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and external partners
  • Proven ability to prioritise and execute in a fast-paced, iterative environment, balancing player experience and business objectives
  • Passion for casual gaming and understanding of market trends in retention, engagement, and monetisation strategies, and ability to deconstruct these strategies for actionable insights
  • Leadership mindset—capable of leading cross disciplinary initiatives, driving ownership, and positively influencing cross-team decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and empathise with a diverse player base, with experience using insights to inform segmentation strategies and craft personalised, engaging LiveOps experiences that resonate
